BOOTCAMP STYLE CLASSES:

​BEATZ - Each week one song will be chosen to build exercises on to. Whether its a Wedding dance favorite, a throwback or one of the new hits. Each set will be completed to watch proper form and ensure you’re getting a full total workout! End goal, adding the exercises to the chosen song of the week. Come sweat it out, and ROCK it out at BEATZ.


Buddy Bootcamp - Register for Bootcamp and bring a friend to Class for FREE. We affectionately call this “Mooch Off Your Friend Bootcamp”. If they are a real pal they will get your back next time and bring you for FREE. Your friend can’t make it? No worries, Jeff will be your Buddy.


Cardio CORE Bootcamp - Amplify your Cardiovascular Capacity and carve out your Abs. Dig deep, sweat and know why you came. Who doesn’t want a little “Waist Reduction Workout” in their life? It’ll be fun they said…


PLYOGA - "Your Body is POWER" 
Plyoga is a 4 part interval training system using the benefits plyometric movements combined with yoga as active recovery between bursts.

RESISTANCE TRAINING:

Bars & Bells - Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells... all the BELLS and whistles to get you a full body workout!


Hell’s Bells  – Each Class is a Full Body workout routine. All exercises are performed with the highly versatile dumbbell. We have a wide range of dumbbells to choose from starting as light as 3 lbs up to as heavy as 115 lbs. Join this all dumbbell workout and watch your strength and body composition evolve week to week.


Kettlebell AMPD - Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.


Strength Camp - Total body strength training and targeting of all major muscle groups. The use of resistance training to improve both endurance and strength. 

Strych 9  – This is a full body circuit training workout. Nine exercises per circuit, repeat the circuit 3 times. The Workout changes each week over the course of 9 weeks. Make this a staple in your training schedule and know that you will get a complete workout with weekly variety.

 

30 MINUTE EXPRESS CLASSES:

Rush Hour X - This is a 30 Minute, Intense, Total Body Workout! You will leave with no muscle group left untouched! We specifically designed this class for the individuals with a busier schedule. 



RESTORATION:


PiYo - PiYo is a hybrid athletic workout which combines the mind/body practice of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. 




OTHER:

Cize - Let loose as you learn the hottest professionally choreographed dance workouts. You'll be so focused on mastering the moves and having a total blast, you'll forget you're actually working out! 
Get sweaty, gain confidence, and get an amazing workout! Think you can't dance? The instructor will break down the moves, step-by-step, and gradually add on till you and your new dance crew can bust out the whole routine!


Core de Force - an empowering total body workout that uses core conditioning combinations, bodyweight moves, and cardio spikes to hardness the power of your core, and have you feeling like a total badass.


Turbo Kick - Each Turbo Kick  class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You'll leave every class dripping sweat—and ready to conquer anything! Total-Body Cardio: Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations.
