Our Lifestyle, Exercise, and Nutrition Program is meticulously crafted for sustainable well-being and unlocking your true potential! We work together to build a foundation of reasonable habit changes to support your health, build your strength, and improve your confidence and over all well being!

We have combined the benefits of a group atmosphere for support, motivation, comradery and bad assery, with personalized nutrition plans to maximize your success!

What is included with this 8 Week Program?

Weekly Group Training Session:
Join Jill every Saturday morning at 7:30 AM for your weekly group workout!

Not only will we work to sculpt your physique, build your strength and cardiovascular capacity, but you'll be doing it side by side other women who have similar goals!

Weekly Group Zoom Calls:
Join a community of bad ass lady achievers for insightful discussions, lifestyle tips to improve your health, and have your questions answered! The Day/Time will vary. But if you can't make it, No worries! The group meetings will be recorded for playback!

Daily Telegram Check-ins with Your Trainer:
No cookie cutter meal plans here.
You will have daily access to Jill via Telegram for personalized guidance, and check in's for accountability. This is also a great opportunity to establish your weekly plan, discover what has been working well, and if any changes in protocol need to be made. This individual customized lifestyle and nutrition plan is a crucial layer to your success!

Fitness Foundations 8 Week Program
Thursdays March 21 - May 9

Fitness is built from a series of progressive movements.

Learn how to properly execute the movements safely and effectively to optimize your exercise results.

We are going to limit the size of this training group to 6 people to assure everyone is getting the attention that they need to master these exercise movements.

The program is for beginners and anyone that needs a watchful eye on their exercise to improve their form.

Constructive corrections will be made to improve technique and efficacy.

Build the confidence that you can walk into any exercise situation and know how to execute the movements safely and effectively to get the most out of your time spent.

Choose between Program Only ($199) or Add Unlimited Classes for the duration of the 8 week program ($399)

 

Heavy Metal Club

Squat. Bench Press. Deadlift. This is Powerlifting. Join our club and prepare for your next competition, or just train with us and get stronger.
Men, Women, Sons and Daughters, come join one of the most rewarding individual sports, in a great team atmosphere.

Wednesdays at 6:00 AM and Sundays at 7:00 AM.
