The 8-Week Low-Carb Fasting Framework
March 7 – May 2 | $129
The 8-Week Low-Carb Fasting Framework is a structured online nutrition program built around low-carbohydrate macro tracking, intermittent fasting, and strategic extended fasting - designed to improve fat loss, appetite control, and long-term adherence.
Participants progress through a clear 8-week structure:
Weeks 1–2: Intermittent fasting (12–16 hours)
Weeks 3–4: Intermittent fasting (14–20 hours)
Weeks 5–6: Intermittent fasting + one 24-hour fast weekly
Weeks 7–8: Intermittent fasting + one 24–36 hour fast weekly
All participants receive access to a private Telegram coaching community for daily accountability, fasting support, and low-carb food ideas, along with a weekly live Zoom group coaching call for Q&A, guidance, and motivation.
This program is ideal for individuals looking for structure, simplicity, and community - not rigid meal plans.

Option #1 Basic Program - $199
This includes training on 8 scheduled Sundays and each participant will be given a Macronutrient Plan to help them reach their current Strength & Conditioning goals.
There will be 4 Warm Up/Mobility Videos provided to the group to enhance the Strength & Conditioning experience.
Participants will be provided with personalized target heart rate ranges to be training in to optimize their training sessions.
Participants will be added to a Private Telegram Group Channel that can be used for all communications and questions about training, nutrition and the program.
Option #2 Enhanced Program - 2 Payments of $199
This includes everything from Option #1 Plus, Full Access to the U Evolve Buffalo fitDEGREE Training Schedule.
Each week we will focus on a primary, Push, Pull and Lower Body Movement with accompanying conditioning work. Each training session is meant to increase strength and cardiovascular capacity.
Not everyone will be performing the same exercises. Exercise selection will be based on experience and physical ability. This makes the program scalable for all fitness levels.
