8:30AM Weekly

(No Session July 5th Holiday Weekend)

This is not a random bootcamp.

This is a structured men’s strength and conditioning program designed to help you:

Build strength

Improve conditioning

Increase energy

Rebuild consistency

Challenge yourself alongside other driven men

Every session is scalable for ALL fitness levels.

Whether you:

are just getting started,

haven’t trained consistently in years,

or already lift regularly…

…the workouts will be adjusted to match your current ability while still pushing you forward.

Each week we will combine:

strength training

conditioning work

cardiovascular development

functional movement

and team accountability

The goal is simple:

Show up every week and become better than you were the week before.

Program Details

Sundays at 8:30AM

June 7th – August 2nd

8 Total Sessions

Off July 5th Weekend

$199 Per Gentleman

Spots will be limited to maintain coaching quality and atmosphere.

Heavy Metal Club

Squat. Bench Press. Deadlift. This is Powerlifting. Join our club and prepare for your next competition, or just train with us and get stronger.
Men, Women, Sons and Daughters, come join one of the most rewarding individual sports, in a great team atmosphere.

Wednesdays at 6:00 AM and Sundays at 7:00 AM.
